I purchased a package for my daughter when she was struggling with Calculus and Physics. The first semester she thought it helped so she added more hours on October 1st. After struggling and being extremely stressed out she said the second semester was very rough and the tutoring was not helping her at all. I called to cancel and get a refund on November 30th. They stated I was not in the window to get a refund of over $600. I'm completely dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend varsity tutors at all
